Here is al list of reminders to follow when dropping students off at school each morning.

Reminder, breakfast ends and first bell rigs at 7:55 AM. All classes and elementary academic time begins at 8:00 AM. Students are considered tardy at 8:05 AM. Please make adjustments to your schedule for traffic and potential barriers to ensure that students arrive on time to school and don't miss any academic time.

Monday, Feb 19th is President's Day and LPS will have a Student Holiday. Faculty and Staff will be participating in Professional Development. School resumes on regular schedule Tuesday, Feb. 20th.

So many of our families have made use of our program “The Nest” since we added it a couple years back and we want you to know WE HEARD YOU! And because of that, we have expanded and added to that program. AND it continues to be FREE to you all! Ms. Young will be serving as our central contact for our relationship with Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) and UT Health San Antonio…again all Free of charge to you and your child(ren). We welcome this new and exciting program to LPS!

Reading is a fundamental skill to access the world so the more that families and schools partner together to support reading the more successful students will be. and the more they can interact with the world around them.
