About me

Hello, my name is Karen Torres and I will be your child's math teacher. Growing up I always knew I wanted to be a teacher and be a positive role model for the younger generation. My education background consists of a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an Associate Degree from Alamo Colleges. I am currently seeking my teaching certification from Region 20 and I am so excited to be in a profession I am passionate about.

I'm excited for this school year with your child and i'm sure it's going to be an exciting year! I have set high expectations for myself and your child. I will do all I possibly can to help your child grow and learn in a positive atmosphere.
